His Eminence Gabriel Metropolitan of Leontopolis was born in Athens in 1957. He holds a degree from the Theological faculty of the University of Athens. His Eminence Seraphim Archbishop of Zimbabwe and Angola, (known in the world as George Philip Iakovou), was born in Galataria, Paphos on 2nd February 1961. His Eminence Theophylaktos Metropolitan of Tripoli, was born Konstantinos Tzoumerkas in 1945 in Exohi, Nea Pieria, where he completed his schooling. From a young age he entered the Holy Great Monastery of Vatopedion as a monk. His Eminence Sergios Archbishop of the Cape of Good Hope was born in 1967 in Kaminaria, Marathasa (Myrianthousa) in Cyprus.
