On 26th November 2012, His Beatitude Theodoros II Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa received at the Patriarchal See His Excellency the former Minister Mr. Nicholas Sifounakis, accompanied by the Honourable Mr Athanasios Petrides, Director of the Dermatological Clinic of the “A. Syggros” hospital.
During the meeting His Beatitude spoke with Mr Sifounakis about the general missionary and humanistic work undertaken by the Alexandrian Church in Africa and also gave him an honourary award of the Cross of the Apostle and Evangelist Mark.
