On 6th November 2007, His Beatitude Theodoros II, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, received in the Patriarchal offices His Excellency Mr John-Alexis Zepo, the new Ambassador fro Greece in Egypt, who twenty years previously had served as Consul General for Greece in Alexandria and gave him a silver tray with the Patriarchal Emblem on it as well as the newly issued Publication of the inauguration of the Patriarchal Residence, before taking the Ambassador of a guided tour.
At noon, the Ambassador sat for lunch in the Patriarchal Refectory.
