On 6th June 2011, His Beatitude Theodoros II, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, welcomed to the Patriarchal See the new Ambassador of Georgia to Egypt., His Excellency Mr. Archil Dzuliashvili, who, within the framework of courtesy, visited the ancient Patriarchate with his family.
His Beatitude wished him a productive Ambassadorial tenure as he undertakes his duties, reiterated the lengthy bonds of friendship with the Patriarchate of Georgia and discussed with him issues of common interest. His Excellency was then taken on a conducted tour of the Patriarchal Mansion and the Patriarchal Library.
