On 17 October 2019, a large group of lecturers of Inter- Christianity Dialogue, from Graz in Austria, headed by Dr. Wilhel, Krautwaschl, visited the See of the Alexandrian Throne in Alexandria. It is worth noting that the coordinator for this visit was the distinguished lecturer of the University of Graz, Dr. Grigorios Larentzakis.

His Beatitude welcomed his noble visitors in the Throne Room, expressing his joy while at the same time emphasizing the importance of the symbolic visit of these representatives to the See of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria.

The Patriarch briefed them on the enormous Missionary – Humanistic Work of the Orthodox Church which is aimed at the support of every human being on the African Continent, but essentially stressed more the significant and primary role undertaken by the Church in general, in order that on this Continent there will be no children of a lesser God.

The visitors had the opportunity of going on a conducted tour of the Historic Areas of the Patriarchate.
